Chewton Archers
Chewton Archers is a regional archery club affiliated with Archery Victoria which is a Recognised Governing Body (RGB) of Archery Australia.
We are situated in natural bushland just outside of Castlemaine in Central Victoria. We cater for everyone from individuals to families; beginners to advanced archers; people with disabilities; and for those who want to participate in competition archery or just shoot for fun.
At Chewton Archers you have the opportunity to participate in a variety of archery styles, as well as having access to coaching to help you get the most from your archery journey.
If you are new to archery and are interested in trying archery with us, please visit our Come & Try page for information on how to get started. Our Membership page contains further information if you are ready to progress to club membership.
The club is open on Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm, with organised club competitions held fortnightly. Dates and times of Club shoots are available on the Club Calendar.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community, we pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Chewton Archers acknowledges the Dja Dja Wurrung as the traditional owners of the land upon which we shoot.
